Not at all. Our sessions are designed to meet you where you are — whether you’re just getting started or looking to take your training to the next level. Every workout is adapted to your fitness level and goals.
Just wear comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes, and bring some water. We’ll provide all the equipment you need. If it’s outdoors, sunscreen and a small towel are also a good idea.
Both the consultation and the free in-person session typically last about 45 minutes. This gives us enough time to understand your goals, walk you through a customized plan, and give you a great workout experience.
